About the room
Hi,
The room I have for rent is in NW Denver in one of the best areas, near shops and restaurants. It is called the Berkley neighborhood and is right around the corner from Tennyson St, a really cool business strip. It is about 10 min from downtown.
A little about me. My name is David and I am from Denver. I am 36, and enjoy working out, traveling, and investing. I graduated from UCD with an MBA. I have lived in the neighborhood for most of my life, and it is such a great neighborhood to live. There are many cool people and places to hang out. My house is a short walk to parks and coffee shops.
I am very laid back, and keep my house clean, quiet, and peaceful. I work a lot, and am responsible, focused, and chill.
I would like to find a roomate that is cool and responsible.
