I am a single 63 year old woman with disabilities. I am home all the time. I am very quiet and clean. I am looking for a roomate that is punctual with rent as it is due on the 3rd of every month without exception. I am okay with a male or female roommate. If you have a small dog that is okay however it must be potty trained and you must clean up after them. if you are in a shared custody situation that is fine. NO cats!
