Single room with included bathroom available furnished or non furnished, in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. The other room is currently filled by a female college student with one cat. Property is located in Ocean Beach a few minutes away from the beach. Furniture is available to be left in the room if needed, but can also be removed. Month to month lease, with a commitment to at least 4 months preferred. Option available to extend lease past 4 months.

I currently go to USD for grad school but I’m moving up to LA at the end of February. My sister, Ava, is almost 21 and is about to transfer to SDSU, and we’re looking for someone to take my spot in our apartment so that she doesn’t have to cover rent herself. Ava is super chill and easy to get along with, and her cat is really friendly. She spends most of her time working or doing school, and in her free time likes to hang out at the apartment with Cleo (the cat) or adventure around San Diego. She’s very open to making new friends so she’ll be very welcoming, but she also will respect a roommates privacy and space if that’s what is preferred.
