Sublease available in awesome four bedroom apartment! I recently bought a condo and will be moving out in May. This lease goes through March 31, 2019. The rent is $1,243.75 per month, and all utilities (including cable) are included. Electricity is only other thing you’d have to pay for, and that’s usually around $15. This room is great because it has it’s own bathroom en suite. Also the entire apartment is furnished with a nice big TV in the living room. All you would need to bring are the items for your room.
Three other guys occupy the unit. They are all 26 years old and very easy to get along with. They all work downtown M-F.
