Very private room for rent on the first floor of a large 3 bedroom condo. The room has its own bathroom, closet and private balcony. The room is the only room on the first floor so it is very private. This room also includes a parking permit for parking within the complex.

The condo is shared by two others. Each room is on a separate floor. The house is very quiet and predictable. I am a software engineer and I work from home so I’m looking for someone who works outside the home or goes to school full time. The house is quiet and the common areas aren’t used often. I hope to find a roommate that will respect the calm and predictable environment that we have in place here.

No couples. No pets. Must have a stable job with monthly income of 2-3 times rent+utilities. Must pass background check (no criminal history). Open to students with parental support. Strongly prefer someone in their 20s or early 30s.

Utilities not included in rent. Utilities will be a flat monthly payment of $150. We have 1gig internet and Ethernet cable to the room so if you are a gamer you will enjoy a very fast internet connection.

I am a recent CSUSM graduate. I got my masters degree in Computer Science and I now work as a software engineer. I work 100% from home and enjoy a predictable and quiet environment. My Roomate works outside the house and works in the afternoon. He is a gamer so he stays in his room most of the time when he is home. We are 420 friendly though I don’t smoke anymore.
