Hello ! My male roommate is leaving and we are looking for a new roommate (male/ female). We have a total of 4 people that live here. (3 girls in the actual apartment space/ and YOU, whose room is located in the hall) Why is the rent so low? So this room is an annex room which is outside of the apartment in our private hallway. We are on the 4th FLOOR and have the entire floor to ourself. You still have equal usage of the bathroom, kitchen, living room, separate communal closet etc… you just have to come in and out of the apartment to use them.

RENT: $685 (month to month) plus utilities MOVE IN: May 1st TO MOVE IN: $400 Security Deposit, proof of income.
