San Anselmo Avenue

I have a room available for rent in my house in San Anselmo. About the Room: It is fairly large, and easily fits a queen bed. The hardwood floors were recently re-done, and the room gets lots of natural light. The room comes furnished with a new rug, lamps, bedside table, bed frame, and mattress. It has a built-in closet, but there is plenty of space for more storage. The room also has enough space for a desk or at-home work station if you work from home. The bathroom is shared with my roommate Cammy, and it has a full shower/bath. About the House: We are a quick walk to both downtown San Anselmo, and Fairfax. The house has tons of yard space. The house is very quiet, and the room is fairly spacious. The house has plenty of space, with two living rooms, a dining area, and a spacious kitchen. Street parking is always available, and driveway parking is available often.

About us: My name is Will, I am 25 and work in the wine industry. I spend a lot of my time in Northern California for work, and I am typically only home 3 days a week. I enjoy skiing, rockclimbing, backpacking, cooking and working on my cars. My roommate Cammy is 22, and works for Marin County. She predominantly works from home, and enjoys doing artwork, cooking, and rockclimbing in her spare time.

We would really enjoy another roommate who is roughly our age. We both have full time jobs, but we are in our early 20’s and we enjoy going into Fairfax for drinks or hosting a BBQ in the back yard. We’re very easygoing people and we are really looking forward to hearing from you!

Myself and my roommate Cammy keep the house very clean and organized, but we also enjoy having people over and entertaining from time to time.
