URGENT AVAILABLE NOW Looking for a roommate to replace my current roommate for the remainder of the spring semester. Very nice apartment complex with about 40 people total, mostly families and adults over 30. The place is very quiet most days as people are working on weekdays and respectful of each other’s quiet time. On site laundry, pets allowed. The apartment itself faces away from the street and is on the second floor of the two story building. Picturesque view of the neighborhood with a large window that lets in a lot of light all day, from sunrise to sunset. The room you would be taking is the larger of the two, and faces east, letting in light all day as well (but don’t worry the curtains on the windows are very good at blocking it out when you need to). Five minutes from North Berkeley Bart, Five to ten minute walk from Shattuck street, Fiveteen minutes away from UCB. There is a trader joe’s just down the street and a safeway two blocks away, as well as a few local cornerstores and restaurants. Several parks within walking distance and a lot of greenery all around. Decent street parking, a little crowded some days but you won’t have to park more than a block away at most.

I am a college student, going for an AS in Pastry Arts, attending classes several days a week and working as a barista as well. When I’m not out, I’m usually home spending time with the love of my life, my black cat Jim. I am pretty quiet and introverted, but would love to have a roommate that is friendly and likes to hang.
