Hi, this is Kevin and I have a room available for rent located in the Clintonville area of Columbus just 2 miles from The OSU campus. The spare room is fully furnished with new furniture located on the first floor. Rent is 800 a month and includes all utilities + high speed WiFi Internet. A pet friendly environment and lgbtq+ friendly. House has a back patio with a gas grill. Also, has an updated steam Washer & Dryer available. A very easy going open minded professional person. Over all a very friendly person who is kind of shy and reserved. Would prefer a roomate who is clean and well organized. Some of my interests are movies, music, biking, hiking, indoor rock climbing, and anything to do with the great outdoors.
