About the room
Playa Vista is a destination in its own right. This is community is full of open space, recreation, entertainment, shopping, dining and great new residences. Everything is just a walk away or a ride on the free shuttles that move residents throughout the community or to the beach. My luxury 2 bed, 2 bath apartment is in a quite gated complex with secure parking, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, 24 hour gym, courtesy patrol 24/7 and a business center. Tropical vegetation surrounds the balcony and provides peace.
The layout is very effective for roommates as the bedroom are on opposite sides of the unit and with two baths we do not need to share. Additionally, there is a washer and drying in the unit.
I am a software professional with international degree in business and Japanese. I enjoy traveling and like to go abroad at least once a year. I enjoy rock and roll and also have a season tickets to LA Philharmonic. For hobbies I play violin and like to run. I am a kind person that loves animals and nature.
