The property is located on a quiet street with very quiet neighbors. It is 1 mike away from clematis street in downtown city place, and a 5 minute drive to the beach. The person you will have as your roommate works a lot and will not be at the house too often, but when she is she rarely has visitors over. Visitors are obviously okay because it will be your apartment as well, but no out of control parties or anything of that sort. Rent will be $650 every month, and this will include water, electric, cable and WiFi. To move in it will $900 all together. If you wish for me to leave it furnished with my current furniture (queen sized bed, dresser, and end table) it will be an extra $250 at move in. Please contact me if You have any questions!!
