Professional female living in West Lakewood with my 2 black Labradors. The neighborhood is south of Green Mountain next to the Solterra neighborhood. Off of Alameda & C470/ Morrison Rd & Bear Creek Blvd.

-looking for a person between the ages of 28-45 to move in as soon as April 5th, 2018. Person must be a non-smoker, have NO pets, NO kids, NO drug use (420 friendly is ok).

-Candidate must fill out an application, MUST SIGN a 6, 8 or 12 month LEASE, provide references, and agree to a BACKGROUND CHECK. –The candidate MUST also be able to meet in person, and come see the room during application process.

-$800/month; $100 for utilities (water, electricity, trash, internet). Street Parking, in-home gym and laundry room in the basement, large backyard and deck, air conditioning/heat, wireless internet, sorry NO cable.

-Close to Red Rocks Amphitheater, Lookout Mountain, Golden, School of Mines, Red Rocks Community College, many parks, Green Mountain trail system, Bear Creek Reservoir Park and trails, Dinosaur Ridge, Belmar, Denver West (Colorado Mills) shopping area, St. Anthony’s Hospital, and the Federal Center Station light rail station off of Union and 2nd Ave.

-The house is in a cul-de-sac and the bedroom (has new carpet) faces the front of the house, and has its own closet. The bathroom would have to be shared as it is the full bathroom in the hallway.
