The room is furnished with a full sized bed and a desk. It has a window, good lighting with a fan, a closet, access to a shared bathroom, and has laminate wood flooring, as is found throughout the rest of the common areas.
You and one other roommate will share access to a fridge/freezer. You’ll have access to the washer and dryer. You’ll also have access to a set of cabinets and drawer space in the kitchen. You’ll also have access to a shared linen closet. There are several other amenities my home has to offer which I will gladly show you upon being invited to stay here. The house is in a convenient location with quick access to three major roads in Temple: West Adams, Airport Rd., and Loop 363. These roads link to I-35. It is 5 minutes away from practically all major stores and restaurants. It is 13 minutes away from Lake Belton. It is a quiet and calm community. Last important notes are: Bills are divided evenly among the residents. No smoking is ever permitted on the property.
