The house is owner-occupied (me!) I am looking to rent out one of the extra rooms.

Shared kitchen, dining, living room area, non-furnished bedroom available, shared bathroom. In a Gated Community

Oven, air fryer, rice cooker, electric kettle, microwave and dishwasher available for use. Street parking. Shared space in living room, family room and dining room.

Surrounding Area;

Roughly 1.25 mile drive to 405 North and South entrances. Costco, Mother’s Market, Home Depot within roughly .5 mile (among other eateries and shops) Easy access to scenic 2.1 mile hiking trail, leading to the summit of Hilltop Park (350ft~ elevation)

Currently- I live in the house with my two roommates looking for a third.

Schedule- We are a household of working professionals. Our schedule vary slight but it’s mostly the standard 9 to 5.

Cleaning-Your room is your business but I expect shared spaces to be kept clean in a reasonable time frame. If you make a mess? Clean it up. Don’t leave dishes in the sink overnight and if you run the dishwasher make sure to empty it. A lot of common sense cohabitation rules. We each have a laundry day so we don’t have conflict. We have a cleaning lady that comes bi-monthly and will only cost you about $20 each visit. (We spilt the cost.)

Household Social- As a gay man I am LGBT friendly and I expect you to be as well. If you’re outgoing, I think you’ll find me to be a solid conversation partner. If you prefer to keep to yourself, then it feels just as natural for me to go the whole day with just a few words of acknowledgment and maybe a friendly wave. I don’t need to know your day to day schedule but if you’re going to be disappearing for a couple days let me know. Having guests over is okay but if they spend more time at our place then theirs they need to contribute to the rent.
