The property is all around beautiful, gated, pool, jacuzzi, balcony, gym, children’s playground, & dog park on site. Very chill environment, cleanliness is a must. Preferably someone who isn’t home all day, a working professional or student would be idea. Two small puppies reside here, they’re very well behaved. The area that’s for rent is a loft that can be used as a bedroom, a flat screen tv and window is available in this area.

I’m very easy to get along with as long as you’re clean (Covid is still very real and certain measures must be taken, thanks for understanding ). Chill environment with plenty of space and up to date appliances. I’m an independent contractor so I’m pretty busy with work would love someone who’s the same.
