Hello, I’m listing my room for rent in off CA Hwy 74 in Perris it is a two bedroom one bathroom apartment. It’s located 8 minutes from Central Ave in Lake Elsinore. I am charging $1000 for a private room with all utilities included. I’m Cannabis, LGBTQ+ Friendly, Couple friendly etc. The room is very small it’s perfect for someone young male/female or young couples looking to move together for the first time.
