House Description Welcome to this gorgeous, well-maintained, beautifully decorated ranch home in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors! The 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has a lovely landscaped front yard, and a large backyard with a patio and outdoor furniture. You’ll have your own bedroom, and a full bathroom across the hall that is occasionally shared with visitors. This bathroom has a combination shower/tub, a single sink, and stylish patterned floor tiles. You’ll share the home with your Host who is a working professional, and a sweet senior dog. The home is single-level, with a few steps required to get into the house.

Neighborhood Description Enjoy a quiet, safe neighborhood conveniently located near downtown Concord. You’ll love being able to walk to nearby parks and public tennis courts. A large grocery store and several bus stops are located within a 10-15 minute walk. Todos Santos Plaza is a 20 minute walk from the home, or you can drive 10 minutes to The Veranda to enjoy restaurants, shopping, and movie theaters. Two BART stations are located within a mile of the home, and you’ll have easy freeway access in both directions.

House Amenities Description This home has all of the amenities you can think of! A nicely-stocked open kitchen/dining area with large dining table, comfortable seating and a TV in the living room, wireless internet, washer/dryer and outdoor clothesline, and easy parking in the driveway or free street parking.

Community/Living Environment Description This home is ideal for someone who is working, active, and has outside interests. The Host is an early riser who works from home in common areas during the day (see photos for work set-up in dining area), enjoys morning walks with the dog, cycling, and watching TV in the living room in the evening. The Host is a vegetarian who cooks occasionally at home, and enjoys spending time in the kitchen/dining area and living room (so this is not an ideal location for someone who cooks at home a lot).
