Fully renovated home with new floors, carpet and bathrooms. A big room (approx. 150 sq ft). It comes with a good size closet (15 sq ft.) and can be furnished/unfurnished (negotiable). Room has good natural lighting and views. 
 You would have your own full size bathroom and a private parking spot in front of the garage. AC/Heat is centralized.

Home is 7 min to bart on bike, 5 min in car and 20 walking. It has multiple grocery stores, CVS, restaurants, etc nearby. DVC is a 10 min drive, 24 min bike ride.

 We are looking for a female roomate who is financially stable, respectful and picks up after themselves. Quiet and clean. They must respect common areas and be ok having an indoor dog.

Rent would be month to month term with the possibility of extending for longer if all parties get along.

• Rent is $1200/month + Utilties (they would be shared among 3 people including yourself). Move in cost will be 1st month, last month and security deposit (1 month of rent). A 30 day notice would be required before moving out.

There will be a basic background/credit check required with the application (Costs $45)
