Downtown Waynesboro, off street parking, ground floor, utilities included, washer and dryer, full kitchen, shared bathroom. Use of full back yard & patio. The room can be furnished if needed. Rent includes basic water, sewer, trash, internet, electric and yard maintenance. Excessive hikes in utilities will increase monthly rent.

I’m very laid back, no drama, very tidy. In general I’m rarely there, when I am I like to cook. Most of the time you’ll have the place to yourself. I don’t smoke and have no pets.
