I have a room with a bathroom (which you would share with guests but not me) to rent in my house. It’s a 1924 Craftsman, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom house on a corner lot in the North Park district of San Diego. It’s about 4 blocks north of Balboa Park and the Bud Kerns pool, 1 mile from the Hillcrest district and very centrally located near the intersection of Texas St. and University Ave. There is a dishwasher, gas stove/range, washer, dryer, patio with a BBQ. Parking is on the street unless your car is small enough to fit in the driveway. I’m looking for $2000/month.
A little about me: I’m a gay and would prefer to share the house with another gay or bi man. I’m friendly, easy-going and happy to hang. I have a live-and-let-live approach. I’m a bit of a homebody. I’m rather clean and a bit of a neatnik and would prefer that my room mate clean up after oneself straight-away.
