Room available in beautiful 5 bed, 3 bath Clairemont house(short drive to UCSD) with swimming pool, hot tub and large outdoor space.
Other amenities include outdoor fire pit, in-house washer and dryer, dishwasher, large garage that is great for storing camping/diving gear, backyard patio with mini dining area, upstairs family room with TV, downstairs room with TV&Xbox), 3 parking spaces and plenty of street parking
