HI! My home is in super safe, clean NW Rochester MN; less than 1-minute walk to bus that goes downtown, including Mayo Clinic! I rent lower level of the home to two females. Many windows - not dark like a normal basement, private entry (option). Prefer Mayo employees. If employed by Mayo, no background screenings required.
Utilities reimbursement fixed fee $75 per month. Attached garage option +$25. Internet: $33

About the roomies
We are a home of females working at Mayo Clinic who are quiet and respectful of each others’ space & the need for our home to be a recharging space. Very tidy/clean. Beautiful new hardwood floors, new kitchen. We don’t have dogs and we don’t smoke in the home.
