Beach house with an enclosed pool, 2 very loving dogs, and a shared kitchen that i’m debating on turning into a duplex entirely. I am asking for 900 a month because i have unlimited wifi, new water heater, new shower fittings, private gym/study/tv room and will be doing all mowing, gardening, and pool maintenance.

This will be for a single med bedroom and a bathroom. I’m doing minor renovations this year to add a private entrance to my side. Your room does come with a dog door to let the pet travel outside to potty in the backyard.

My place is less than 1/2 mile from the beach and 2 miles from pier park. In season you can make up to 200-300 a day waiting tables in pier park. I’m also about 7 miles from the campus direct off 98.

Kids are ok as long as you dont mind a me smoking pot in my home around them. I will consider another dog if it is well behaved, up to date on shots and gets along with my girls. Please no heavy drinkers or partiers. Just want people focused on building themselves or their community.

I’ll be installing at least 2 doors, redoing flooring, and in general coverting this home into a small shared duplex style lviing to make the area private for you and myself. I am also building an aquaponics system in this houses garage so the garage will not be shared or accessible without me.

I’m a retired sailor that is a bit hard of hearing and very private. I have studied alot and still read daily. I’m a bit nervous about taking on a roommate but I want to make some upgrades to the home to make it a functional duplex and figured this was the best way to go about it.
