I have a one bedroom and bath avaible to sublease in my two bedroom, 2 bath second story condo in Del Mar/ Carmel Valley, beginning March 1- $1,400, plus utilities. Ideally 12 month lease. Just east of the 5, right near great shopping, running and biking trails and gyms. 5 miles from Torrey Pines and Del Mar Beach. The bathroom is right next to the room, and all yours. It is unfurnished (photos shown with furnishings). We have one assigned space but plenty of open off street parking right next to unit. There is a pool, two spas, plenty of walking paths and a tennis court. The unit also has an attic with plenty of storage. Perfect for healthcare workers (5 miles from UCSD, UCSD Thornton, Scripps Memorial La Jolla and Scripps Green Hospitals. 11 miles to Rady’s).
