Looking for a clean and neat professional as a roommate. I pay the WiFi and have passwords for almost all streaming platforms. Utilities would be flat charge of $50 unless under $100 in which that point we can split. Have both PG&E for gas and SMUD for electricity. I pay the water, sewer and garbage. My rent total is $2,655. We can sign a month to month lease and would require a thirty day notice for moving out. I will require first and last in case you needed to move out immediately and I had to make up the next 30 days.

I am a clean professional, respectful, 35 year old male. I enjoy fitness and outdoors. Have had so many roommates over the years all across the spectrum. I do have the most loving 2 year old boxer boy who is such a sweetheart, promise you both will fall in love with each other. My current roommate/friend is moving out 2/28. He just signed a contract for a house a couple miles away and I will know his exact move out date any day.
