I am moving out of Boston and will have an open room available for someone to take over my lease preferably by March 1 but can accommodate sooner if you need. I live with one roommate (27, female) who is very clean. We live in One Canal in the West End, you’re one block from TD Garden, Star Market and a 5 minute walk into the North End. The views from the rooftop (includes a pool, space heaters, 2 grills and couches) is unbeatable, with 360 degree views of the city. Rent is $2120 per month.

My room has a huge walk-in closet, two floor-to-ceiling windows, gets great light and the view of the sunset every night. You would have your own bathroom and the bedroom is big enough for a queen sized bed + more. Everything in the living room would be furnished already, I am only taking the belongings from my bedroom. Brand new washer and dryer in unit. We are located on the 7th floor - the building is equipped with a huge package room, gym, dog park, smart technology for locking/unlocking the door as well as a doorman.

My roommate is very clean, working a full-time job and a student at night. She loves to cook, workout and has the master bedroom. She keeps to herself and is down to earth!
