I am looking someone to takeover my lease at Iris Flats. Base rent is $1199. Utilities (Excluding electricity and internet) is usually around $60-80.
I am leaving the unit since I am moving to a different state. The application fee is $150 and security deposit is $500. Since this is a lease takeover, I will not be asking you this security deposit. When the lease is up, you will be able to claim the security deposit from Iris Flats. If you are a student, I will be refunding you the application fee for one person.
