It’s a studio attached to the house but You have your own private entrance in the back. And the back gate is locked so you have some security. There’s a pool in the back that you have access to in the summer. The area is calm. I’ve lived on that property for 12 years and we’ve never had any issues. In central fresno. 6 minutes away from fresno city college and 10 minutes away from fresno state!

We require first months rent plus the deposit to move in! $1,050 (rent) +$950 (deposit) =$2,000 to move in

There are 3 people that live in the attached house. They are 3 males that got to school and work so they are hardly on the property. You obviously have your own place so you don’t see them unless they’re outside on the patio or in the pool.
