House was recently renovated with a new kitchen, living room, bathroom, tile flooring, washer/dryer space. Some of the Terms: Rent: 850$/month Month to Month - Preferably can stay for at least a year. Utilities: 150$ that is added to the price of rent. It includes, SDGE, Water/Gas/Sewage, and Internet. Deposit: is 1500$ (Over Three Payments acceptable). I will also prorate your rent if you move in/out mid-month.
