NO APPLICATION, NO FEES, NO SECURITY DEPOSIT, NO BACKGROUND CHECK, NO PET DEPOSIT, CURRENTLY FURNISHED or UNFURNISHED, ALL UTILITIES, INTERNET, BASIC RENTERS INSURANCE INCLUDED, PRIVATE DRIVEWAY (2 CARS), PRIVATE BEDROOM, PRIVATE FULL BATHROOM. Laundry room is shared. Kitchen use is scheduled. Currently NO additional storage is available without a small monthly fee. Small move-out fee for pest control, deep cleaning, and carpet cleaning to remove any pest and odors.

We both are very friendly and LOVE animals! My husband and I live in the main house and we rent the attached smaller house. Although we ONLY do Month to Month contracts our last tenant lived here 13 months and moved to be closer to work. Tenant before him lived here 9 months and moved out-of-state after retiring from the Air Force.
Your rent pays for 30/31 days of shelter, internet, city trash pickup, electricity, city water, city water treatment, city sewer, basic renters insurance, basic maintenance, fire/security alarms windows/doors, pest control, appliances.
