Roommate is a professional that works a few minutes from the town home and is single male. Very athletic and outgoing. Home most evenings, but weekends will be gone much of the time. Works Mon-Fri from 8 to 5pm.

Smoking is allowed on patio or in back yard but not in the room or town home.

Bedroom can be furnished for an additional rent per month. Can discuss if interested.
