I am looking to rent out a room in my 1,800 sqf home. It is located in the temeku hills community, this is a quite and safe neighborhood.

Their is a open room connected to the living room setup as a office. Their is a pretty well equipped gym in the garage in addition to the HOA gym. Located very close to everything!

I am a 34 year old male union carpenter working 40+ hours a week plus commute so I am not home very much and therefore am looking for a responsible professional or college student. I live here by myself with one dog, a friendly boxer. I am no drama and need someone that will be the same as well as clean and respectful.
