Furnished room in a large spacious house. Queen bed, dresser, night stand, tv, and a closet. Bathroom is shared. You will be able to have access to the kitchen, dining area, and laundry room. We are looking for someone who is clean and cleans after themselves. No smoking in the house only on the lanai. Absolutely NO pets Month to month lease signing required

Rent price is for solo person, only looking to rent to 1 person

*** we have a 1 year old. As long as you follow the house rules we are pretty laid back. The other 2 roommates pretty much keep to themselves and are quiet.
