Unfurnished bedroom in a shared 2 bedroom loft in DTLA.

This listing is for a lease transfer. I currently occupy the larger bedroom and due to a sudden job loss I have to vacate. The current roommate will remain, she is 33 working professional who will occasionally host a brunch or a rooftop grill session.

She is easy going and will participate in conversations in the common area during breakfast, dinner prep, and the weekends. She loves to cook so expect her to find her in the kitchen quite often meal prepping or roasting a chicken.

The lease will expire end of September 2018, but with an option to extend for another year because the current roommate would like to continue to live in the loft.

Santee Court Lofts  This is a real loft experience with exposed concrete and plumbing. You get killer views from the rooftop, and speaking of rooftop, you have 4 to choose from. Each with an activity, like a pool, putting area, and a basketball court. The bedroom comes with a free parking spot, but it’s located in a secured parking garage half a block away with complementary shuttle service 6-11pm. Bedrooms are separated on each side of the loft, which ensure complete privacy. Expect an array of noises throughout the day, this is located in a commercial/industrial area of DTLA.

The current roommate will like to interview the perspective occupant, and you will have to provide proof of income and file an application with Essex.
