We are looking for a third housemate to move in anytime between Feb 1 and March 1 for a year-long lease. anytime between Feb 1 and March 1 for a year-long The room is unfurnished, large, and sunny in a duplex apartment. Amenities include a porch, on-site laundry, a 2-car garage, and ample storage in the garage and basement. Total unit rent is $1900/mo + water, gas, electricity, and wifi; heat is included. The apartment is located on Portland Ave in the Regina neighborhood, a short walk from Minnehaha Creek.

We are two males, queer and straight, in our early 30s (plus an extremely relaxed cat). We both work in education and keep regular weekday schedules. We’re active, creative people who love sci-fi, board games, music, and the outdoors. We keep it clean, cook a lot (and well), read a lot, and work on music/art/other projects. One of us occasionally works from home. We have guests/partners over once or twice a week. We’re not a sober house, but have healthy relationships with alcohol, etc.

We’re looking for a third housemate, ideally, late 20s or older who is tidy and responsible, does their dishes, is a good communicator, has compatible values, fully vaxxed, likes cats. No dogs.
