Natali's room

The apartment is located inside a gated community in Doral with 24 hour security. There is open parking for everyone, no assigned parking. There is a community pool, gym, tennis courts, racket ball court and the landscape is always properly maintained. Perfectly located near highway and near Downtown Doral. Apartment has vinyl flooring and updated kitchen. Laundry inside unit (new washer/dryer). Hurricane impact windows were just installed in 2020. New AC unit installed in 2021. Private bathroom located right outside the bedroom, a few steps from bedroom. Bedroom is large and has a walk-in closet. *PLEASE NOTE that this room comes furnished with a queen size bed, desk and dresser and storage cabinets. If any of these furniture pieces won’t be needed, I can have them removed prior to move-in date.

$100 moving in fee and $100 application fee. Single occupancy, no couples.

There is a current female tenant in the other private bedroom. She is a reserved, quiet and a full-time working individual. Spends most of her time at work and inside her room. Very clean, organized and has been a great, responsible tenant. Speaks only English. Owns a pet cat who stays inside bedroom.
