Shelby's room

I have the opportunity to rent a 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome from a coworker who is relocating out of state at the end of February 2022. The rent is $1900 (to be split between me and one single roommate) with utilities included except for electricity. There are two unassigned parking spots included. The owner of the townhome will require you to submit to a background and credit check, your portion of the security deposit, and lease agreement. No pets allowed and smoking/drugs (including marijuana) aren’t allowed under any circumstances.

I am a very quiet individual who works for a nearby mining company. I am in bed by 6:30-7 PM in order to wake up for my shift at 3 AM. I prefer to be by myself but have occasional moments of spontaneous socialization.
