Alex Calderon's room

Nice house in residential neighborhood 10 minutes from FSU and 8 minutes from TCC. House is split with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on one side of the house and another 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the other side. I occupy 1 side, the other side is available for 1 person. We would share the kitchen, family room, and backyard with deck. We have a washer and dryer in the garage as well. Rent includes all utilities including high speed WIFI and monitored security system.

I just graduated last month from FSU and will remain working in Tallahassee for the immediate future. My other roommate moved out and need to rent his space. I prefer an upperclassman student from FSU that wants a tranquil place to study and chill.
