Mel's room

The house is in a nice area of Thornton close to multiple King Soopers and Wal-Mart, as well as multiple large shopping areas. The house is a 4 bed, 2 full bath, 2 half bath. There are 3 living rooms (main living room has a wood burning fireplace), a decent size kitchen, laundry in the basement, and a large backyard with gardening space. The house is approximately 2000 sq ft so there is plenty of room to sprawl. There is an attached 2 car garage, the driveway is large enough for 3 cars, there is a boat/rv pad on one side of the house, and plenty on street parking. There is also a large storage shed on the property for extra storage space.

Price is around 850-900 depending on monthly utility use. ALL utilities are included in the rent price including internet.

Whichever bedroom you choose is PRIVATE. You will not have to share. You will also have almost exclusive use of the main upstairs bathroom.

Only myself and 1 other person lives here and we are both women. We are both pretty quiet and work full time jobs. We occasionally have friends over for dinner and video games but we don’t really throw parties anymore so if you are looking for a quiet place to live this is it. We also keep the house clean and tidy. We aren’t neat freaks but we don’t let the house get out of hand.

We both game and love to cook. During the summer we get out and go on hikes or go fishing/camping. We also do a lot of bbq/meat smoking during the summer. I love to garden and am the occasional artist when work doesn’t have me too tired or drained. The other roommate is an amazing cook.

We are both good with hanging out with roommates or letting people be alone and just chill.

We do have pets. The other roomate has 2 dogs that are well behaved and I have a 10-12 week old kitten.
