About the room
Apartment complex is very beautiful with covered and uncovered parking, two dog parks, two jacuzzies, a pool, a firepit, a soccer field, and basketball and tennis court. There is also a 24 hour gym. The clubhouse also has a full kitchen, a game room, and a movie theater. I am trying to find a roommate to live in the second bedroom and go half on the rent with me. The apartment is very nice with new hardwood floors, stackable washer and dryer in unit, a beautiful kitchen with a bar and plenty of cabinet space. I have furnished the place with new bar stools, a table and chairs, a couch with two electric recliners, and like new coffee table. I also have a switch, roku, and blue ray player, and I have signed up for cox internet already. The price listed is the base price and we will also need to pay for electric and internet on top of that price.
About the roomies
I just moved out to California last week, as I was offered an automation engineer position out here. I love to play board games, watch Netflix, and I also like to spend time outside. I hope to keep the living space as neat as I can. I am looking for a roommate that I can be really good friends with and do fun things with, as I know hardly any people out here. I also have a fluffy cat named Lupin, and he is a ragdoll. He is very tolerant and friendly and loves to play.
