I am a full-time School Social Worker and work a M-F schedule. I consider myself to be a social introvert- I like to get to know people though need my space often in the mornings and at the end of the workday. I’m pretty flexible with my own needs in regards to others- as long as you clean up after yourself in common spaces regularly then we’re good. We should also have good advanced communication around others coming over during the pandemic.

I have a 65 lb. lab pitty mix who will be living in the apartment. He is very sweet and happy! Please be dog friendly :). The apartment can take 1 other pet though they must get along with each other first.

I am open to someone who could sublease for a portion or all of the lease.
