About the room
The apartment is a block away from the Myrtle-Wyckoff subway and a bus stop. The neighborhood is quiet and has a variety of grocery stores, gyms, and other businesses nearby. We have a dishwasher, air conditioning, and in-unit washer and dryer. Building has roof access and a backyard. We are renewing our lease in August, $875 is based on our current rent but it could potentially increase if the landlord increases our rent.
About the roomies
There are three roommates on the property: Ben, Reagan, and Deja. We are all in our early 20s. Deja has a small dog named Gunther, Reagan has a cat named Pepper, and Ben has a rabbit named Scallop. We are all close friends and the animals are very sweet. Because we already have three animals we are not currently looking for roommates who have pets.
