Seeking a professional and courteous male or female roommate to rent one bedroom in my 3 bed/2.5 bath house in the Waterglen neighborhood in Fort Collins (near I-25 and Vine). You would have dedicated access to the full bath in the hallway, right outside your bedroom door. Shared spaces include living room and kitchen.

All utilities are included.

Room is unfurnished. (The photo of the room has furnishings in it)

Street parking is readily available or you may additionally rent the garage.

I have a fenced in yard and am open to a dog for a few extra bucks.

Candles, space heaters and personal refrigerators are not allowed.

Overnight guests are not allowed.

$850 per month. Background check, $850 security deposit and first and last months rent required upon move in.

My name is John, a 42 year old male, and I’m looking for one roommate to rent a room in my home. I work from home as a freelance photographer and designer, using the third bedroom as an office. My home is very clean, orderly and relatively quiet with a modern minimalistic aesthetic (some furnishings have been updated since the photos were taken, I have a much larger kitchen table now). In my down time, I enjoy the outdoors, biking and music.

My recent previous roommates have been a 24 year old female and before that a 24 year old male. Both have moved on to either live in Denver or be closer to work. You may contact both for references.
