About the room
This townhome is located in Virginia Beach, close to many attractions such as the mall and close driving distance to the beach. You will have your own room and all other amenities are shared in the house with the other roommate and I. There is a cat that lives on the premise so I would highly suggest if you are allergic to consider that. Everything is included, I tend to supply toiletries and cleaning supplies which is taken into consideration with the rental price. (If you have other preferences on what you like then that would be at your cost) Security deposit is $695.

About the roomies
The other roommate and myself both work full time jobs, currently mine is a hybrid. The other roommate currently works nights. We are very clean and tend to keep the house in great condition. Very easy going group.
