Hi! I have a furnished (potentially can be unfurnished) room for rent Feb 1st in a huge flat in the centrally located Alamo Square/Divisadero corridor/NOPA in San Francisco.
Share this enormous apartment with 2 other busy flatmates in their 30s that work outside of the house (1 in service industry & 1 night nurse). We have a small dog named Wasabi but unfortunately aren’t allowed any additional pets.
Covid conscious household. We are vaccinated and boosted. LQBTQIA and PoC welcome.
$1400 plus utilities. 6 month+ sublet.
