The (unfurnished) room is in a 3-bedroom two story town house and is located on the top level of the house. It’s 10.5’ x 7.5’ (plus a closet) and has a window which receives plenty of natural light. This room will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. There will be a total of 3 people living in the home and sharing all the common areas.

Rent = $850 per month which covers - rent, water, sewer, garbage, electric, internet, use of all common areas and washer/dryer for 1 person. There is an additional deposit for last month rent/security deposit ($850). No pets. No drugs. Nonsmoker preferred.

*Must be able to provide housing/roommate references, pass a criminal background check, and provide proof of income or bank statement during application process.

A little bit about the house:

• No yard, but the unit backs up to a green space (HOA takes care of maintenance)
• Washer + Dryer
• Plenty of off street parking
• Electric heat
• WiFi
• Small amount of extra storage available -2.5 baths, Half bath on the lower level, full bathroom on upper level, and full bathroom in master bedroom. (The master bedroom will be occupied by that renter, so the bathroom there will be for that renter only.)
• This place is very quite in both winter and summer.

What I’m looking for:

• Someone who is responsible, able to pay rent/bills on time.
• Cleanliness (especially in the bathroom and shared areas of the house). We all live here so we all chip in, take out the garbage, vacuum, sweep, clean up the kitchen, etc.
• Respectful individuals who are open minded. I don’t discriminate based on race, sexual orientation, gender, etc. and I ask that you hold this value as well.
• No drama, I value this house as a safe space and would like to keep it free of stress/conflict.
