Looking for someone to take over my lease with a very kind and considerate roommate. Great location, walking distance to Bedford street restaurants and shops. The room is about 10x10, with a finished basement space just for you. Fully furnished room and townhouse.

There is a skittish cat that leaves everyone alone for the most part. Garage and assigned parking available. Utilities are usually $120 a month.

The roommate that lives here is really awesome. I hate using this term, but DRAMA free. She is very kind and considerate. This is a home that would be best if the next roommate was LGBTQ friendly, POC, BIPOC - basically not a bigot. Also, looking for someone who cleans after themselves and is understanding and compassionate.
