Gideon's room

You get your own bathroom, except shared with guests, and the entire basement to yourself. Basement includes large bedroom plus an office/study area. Shared common areas. We also have a guest room available for any company staying over. Plenty of storage space available. Must be dog friendly. Dogs would be considered on a case by case basis. Room is available from June 1st till July 31st, 2023. move in date is flexible but June 1st is preferred.

There are two roommates. One male working professional and one female grad student. Our other roommate is moving thus the need to find another renter. We are both responsible, easy going and relaxed. We are looking for someone who is also responsible, laid back, clean, and respectful of others. No wild parties, we tend go to bed fairly early depending on work/school schedules. We have one dog, a German Sheperd/Heeler. Can be very high energy or very lazy depending on the day.
