Downtown living! Steps from Swamp Rabbit Trail! Beautiful all-brick 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located right on the edge of downtown Greenville, in the Alta Vista area. It is right next to Cleveland Park and within walking distance to Falls Park, Gather GVL, and Fluor Field (~.7 miles), and about a quarter mile walking to the start of the Swam Rabbit Trail. I have the master bedroom upstairs and am renting the two bedrooms in the main level, one already rented out to the nicest 23 yr old in med school, and the other one with an adjoining full bathroom and coal burning fireplace (asking $900 w/ all utilities included). The finishes on this house are high end and the rooms are very spacious. The remaining main floor consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen, sunroom, laundry with washer and drier, and a huge walk-in storage closet for the roommates in the first floor to use. There is plenty of off-street parking space for 4 cars (one per roommate). The common areas are furnished (photos are outdated, but rooms are furnished now). You would be responsible for the furniture in your room.

Me (owner): I consider myself a pretty chill person. Relocated from Portland, OR, for work. I love the outdoors, breweries, and cooking. I’ve come to like Greenville and now consider it my home. I moved here by myself (no kids or pets). I like to keep everything very clean. I work 1 day per week remote and rest from office.

1st roomie: he’s 23 yrs old, med student, very clean, friendly, and one of the nicest persons I’ve met.

Ideal 2nd roomie: respectful, considerate, social, and responsible. I am ok with the occasional guests, but within bounds (we can talk more in person). No couples or visiting children, sorry. You’d have to be willing to meet in person or via FaceTime for a screening/compatibility interview, as well as having me run a background/credit report check on you.
