Just 10 minutes away from downtown, White Rock, and shopping/dining in Lakewood. $1000/month, all utilities included. Full bath will be shared with one other tenant eventually. The room is currently unfurnished, but if you prefer a furnished room you can contact me anyway and we can discuss.

There’s another room for $900/month which is around the same size, but it does not have a private 1/2 bath.

I don’t work from home much, maybe once a week. I’m introverted, and a gamer, so I’ll likely keep to myself most of the time. I have two cats, Charlie and Clover who will both typically stay out of your way, or can be kept out of your way if you prefer.
